The interest of each of these actors is not necessarily that of the client …!

How can we be sure that all professionals act in the client’s interest ?

Only one solution : the separation of powers which ensures the independence of the decisions taken and mutual control.

Thus, everyone plays their role :

the manager carries out his management under the control of the bank, without having direct access to the amounts deposited.

the bank guarantees to the client the assets deposited by controlling the activity of the manager, but without being tempted to offer its own in-house products.

… all this for the greatest benefit of the client.
